I seriously doubt a tire shop tech is going to stop what he's doing, go ask his supervisor to find the owner of the car and ask to verify his ID to confirm the wheels are his. Same with the phone number - it wouldn't take much for a tech to copy the number and crank call or write it on the bathroom stalls at a gay bar, etc.... I think you're setting yourself up for more trouble than it's worth. Dave
